During Ximei’s legal practice in the last 13 years, she provided professional and efficient legal services in the area of corporate law. She advised Wanda Group and its subsidiaries on their investment in and M&A of other domestic companies, provided legal services to foreign companies on their investment in China, represented clients on their disputes over share transfer and investment, and served as general counsel to several famous domestic companies. Attorney Qiu holds the Attorney’s Licenses of both China and New York State, U.S.

 

Attorney Qiu served for Grandall Law Group and Canway Law Firm. She joined V&T Law Firm at the beginning of October, 2023. When study in the U.S., she served as a Judicial Extern for Judge Timothy Barnes in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and she practiced in Legal Ethics Consulting, P.C. providing legal serviced for Illinois lawyers regarding their disputes with clients.
