Victoria has repeatedly been retained by shipping, logistics, trading, and shipbuilding enterprises affiliated with China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited, China Merchants Group, China Baowu Steel Group, China State Shipbuilding Corporation, and Shanghai Jinjiang Shipping Group to handle litigation and non-litigation matters involving maritime cargo transportation, sanctions, second-hand ship sales, new shipbuilding, and shipping enterprise bankruptcies. She is also frequently retained by PICC Property and Casualty Insurance Company Limited Shanghai Branch, Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China, Ltd., China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd., China P&I Club, West of England P&I Club, Minsheng Shipping Co., Ltd., and China-Poland Shipping Co., Ltd. in handling litigation and non-litigation matters involving marine insurance, charter parties, ship collisions, and crew personal injury/death. She has achieved favorable outcomes in numerous complex cases involving substantial amounts. Prior to joining V & T Law Firm, Victoria practiced at Sloma & Co. and Reed Smith Richards Butler.
