Lucas’ practice focuses on foreign-related legal matters, corporate and commercial law, domestic and cross-border investment and mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance, securities and capital markets, private equity funds, international trade and regulatory compliance, tax matters, and cross-border dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional transaction structuring, international business expansion strategies, resource integration, and coordinated dispute management. Combining strategic insight with legal analysis, he assists clients in risk assessment and critical decision-making in complex cross-border contexts.

 

As legal counsel to various enterprises and institutions, Lucas is well-versed in corporate governance, cross-border asset arrangements, and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions. He provides strategic and practical legal support for both corporations and high net worth family clients, navigating diverse international business environments.

 

Prior to joining V&T Law Firm, Lucas worked extensively in cross-border asset management, tax advisory, and global mobility, collaborating with institutions in multiple jurisdictions and building a strong foundation for advising international expansion and wealth planning.

 

Lucas is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), CPA Canada, CPA Australia, and Chartered Accountants Ireland.
