Yingtong He focuses her practice on international arbitration, cross-border dispute resolution, and cross-border investment and M&A.

 

Ms. He has extensive international education and professional experience, including approximately two years of legal practice in Canada. She holds an LL.M. in Business Law in a Global Context from Université de Montréal.

 

Since returning to China, Ms. He has advised on a broad range of cross-border transactions, investments and disputes involving multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Canada, Israel, Indonesia, Cambodia. Her transactional practice covers cross-border M&A, overseas investment, offshore corporate and investment structures, ODI/FDI, and cross-border regulatory and compliance matters. She has advised on acquisitions of and investments in overseas companies and assets and regularly coordinates with foreign counsel on multi-jurisdictional transactions and disputes.

 

Ms. He also represents clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with particular experience in disputes arising from shareholder and equity transactions, investments and funds, financing arrangements, guarantees, and other cross-border commercial relationships. She has handled arbitration proceedings before major Chinese arbitral institutions and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and regularly works with foreign counsel on issues of foreign law and cross-border dispute strategy.

 

Her sector experience includes technology, mining and natural resources, investment funds, entertainment and sports, among others.
